This is a beautiful 1960s cocktail dress by Nicholas Ungar! It is made of what feels like black silk, with textural embroidery throughout the fabric. The short sleeves are incredibly unique, with hanging fringe made of 4.5" looped beaded strands!

This dress is nicely fitted, and has a beautiful bateau neckline leading to a plunging V back.
